Executive Chef Mahesh of Radisson Blu Goa, creates an outstanding Goan Portugese era when it comes to the culinary experience down the memory lanes of Goa.  He has won many laurels, but he vouches for the biggest satisfaction after winning customers on the basis of food pitch.

Cooking since he was ten years old and working as an Executive chef in Radisson Blu Goa since 2011, Chef Mahesh has travelled the Entire North America in his cooking exploration, honed his skills in the fine art of French classical, burgers and steaks  tex mex, mexicalifornia, hand crafted contemporary Indian food without the calories.
