Francois-Xavier Schoeffer has been appointed as the General Manager of London’s first sustainable luxury hotel, 1 Hotel Mayfair, which is set to open in summer 2023.
He brings over 12 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, having worked in Paris, London, and Amsterdam. Prior to this appointment, he served as the General Manager at The Kensington, which is part of The Doyle Collection.
The hotel, which overlooks Green Park, is expected to set a new standard for luxury and sustainability, and is part of SH Hotels & Resorts’ plans for growth across Europe.
