With over 20 years of experience in the international hospitality industry, and was recently area general manager at Hotel Des Arts Mgallery in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Jean-Pierre Joncas has worked in various senior leadership roles across luxury hotels in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Sofitel Hotel Bali Nusa Dua, he served as the General Manager of a five-star resort in Thailand, where he led the team to achieve numerous accolades and awards.
