The tea set features 11 dainty morsels made with authentic Italian ingredients as well as an enticing choice of drinks, including prosecco and prosecco-based cocktails, served against spectacular views of Victoria Harbour.
Devoted to presenting the best flavours of Italy to guests, Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno meticulously crafts six sweet and five savoury petite treats using the finest and freshest Italian ingredients. Not-to-be-missed items include the classic Italian canapé of Bruschetta with Tomato, Avocado, Red Onion as well as the Duck Liver Terrine, Mango Jelly, both of which are Chef Andrea’s all-time favourites. Other savoury delights include the delicate Scallop, Apple & Crab Meat Mayonnaise, Caviar; Mushroom & Leek, Truffle Mascarpone, Mini Tart as well as the crunchy and buttery Chicken Puff Pastry.
Chef Andrea has also created a tempting array of confections to satisfy guests with a sweet tooth. Treats such as the Lavender Panna Cotta, Chamomile Madeleine and Matcha Macaron incorporates aromatic plants that are both mood boosters and stress relievers. Other highlights include the Chocolate Sphere, Pistachio Mousse; Raspberry Lollipop and Cannoli, which are all as delightful to eat as they are to look at.
Cucina’s “Taste of Italy Afternoon Tea” comes with a choice of two drinks. Non-alcoholic options include the signature Marco Polo Earl Grape Iced Tea and the aromatic Lucille and Destiny. For an extra dose of extravagance, guests can pair the tea set with a glass of Prosecco or choose between the prosecco-based Bellini and Aperol Spritz.
Priced at HK$538 for two persons, the afternoon tea is available from 3:00pm to 5:30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 3:30pm to 5:30pm on Saturdays,
